Intestinal is a complete dietetic food for cats, intended to support the gastrointestinal tract, and the dry food can also be used as a hypoallergenic diet. The use of rice as a carbohydrate source makes this food highly digestible, and the addition of fermentable and non-fermentable fibres promotes a healthy gastrointestinal tract.

In addition, the number of ingredients used is kept as low as possible to reduce the burden on the digestive system, and the dry food also minimizes the risk of an allergic reaction. Intestinal dry food contains hydrolysed fish protein as a source of animal protein. Besides its positive effect on digestion, hydrolysed proteins have a very low allergenicity. The added fatty acids are able to reduce inflammatory reactions, which is desirable in cats with intestinal inflammation or atopy.
