Preparation. Orders placed before 10:00, Monday to Friday, leave the same day. After that they leave on the next working day.
Transport.Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier takes a few working days depending on the delivery area.
Working days. Weekends and public holidays are not delivery days, neither at our warehouse nor in the destination country. The dates above already account for them.
The “at the latest” date is our commitment: it is the maximum time for your area. You will see these same dates at checkout.
Remove one wipe from the package. Gently wipe over the coat, ears and/or paw pads. Close the package tightly after each use. Do not flush down the toilet. For daily use. Preferably use within 2 years from the date of manufacture. The batch number corresponds to the manufacturing date printed on the package. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For animal use only, use on dogs and cats only. For external use only. Keep out of reach and sight of children and animals. Use within 3 months after opening. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.
